Role: Lead Interior Designer

The Chandler looked to us to transform their amenity spaces into what they are today. We listened to the board and residents to find out what was most important to them and started the planning process.

There was a raw space that was not being utilized, so we used this blank-slate as an opportunity to create a beautiful community space that proved to be welcoming and functional. Residents were delighted with a full kitchen, media viewing center, pool, private meeting rooms, library, and more.

The renovation also included the community’s fitness center and family play room.
